another year older...


Today is my birthday. I am 40.. it feels kind of weird but then at the same time it feels the same as any other day. It has been a bittersweet week, filled with worry for my friend and celebration by my friends. I was fortunate to have a wonderful dinner out with my closest girl friends last night. They celebrated my years and showered me with love and laughter. It was simply time to enjoy, to laugh and to feel warmth. It was what I needed when I needed it and I am thankful for these wonderful people in my life. Thank you dear ones!

Tonight I will be drawing a name for the ornament give away tomorrow so you have one last chance to toss your name in the hat. Have a wonderful weekend!
