Try coloring with hannah, turn on some music you can sing too (this quiets the inner critic) pay attention the the color combos she uses. try using them in an ATc or embellish a piece of fabric. Go for a walk, buy some flowers, take some B^, burn a peppermint candle (it's stimulating). Big Hgs!
