I have been busy ion the design department lately. Lots of folks wanting to jazz up their blogs for the New year and new adventures.
Suzanne decided that she was due for a change and commissioned Vanessa from A Fanciful Twist to do this delightful drawing for her to use on her blog. She sent it along to me and asked me to do what I do to make it blog worthy. I came up with the above from her ideas and also made her a couple of blog buttons. I am still trying to figure out why Typepad doesn't like the matching background with the template she wants but overall it is up and looks great. We're doing coordinating business cards next, yay. Incidentally Suzanne is quite the witty writer and is starting a new blog for the OC Register tomorrow. She is in search of blogging mom's in the OC area, so if you are one or know one, let her or me know.

This is the fun banner I did for Karen aka The Stamping Princess. I had a lot of fun doing it. It wasn't exactly what she described to me but I have worked with her before and she told me she trusted me and I could do whatever I wanted so I did this. She has some cute matching buttons to go with it. I think it would make a super cute t-shirt design.

Last but not least is the lovely Lori of Vintage Flair who won a complete blog make over from me back on my birthday. It took us awhile to coordinate and schedules to match up and the planets to align and all that other stuff that needs to happen to do a blog but her people finally talked to my people and she has a whole new blog look complete with fancy background, buttons and a cute little portrait. This one would be a pretty fun t-shirt or card/ label design too.

Even though I have finished up these three babies, I still have quite a list to go. Next up I need to revisit some past jobs and help with little bits and fixes and then its time to get to work on one of my first web design jobs in conjunction with Mr Doodle. There have been lots of emails zinging around and I am pretty excited.
