eggs and inspiration

I started out this morning in a funk, but then the sun came out both physically and emotionally. I created several pieces for my Etsy shop. I am having so much fun with all this great crepe paper that my last swap partner for the Flickr Coloriffic swap sent me. My favorite piece is this little shadow box assemblage which was inspired by, yes, once again.. birds and eggs. I also have to give a little credit to Pam Garrison who inspired this piece as well. I got one of her fabulous vintage wall paper kits about a week ago and having these great papers to play with has really gotten my juices flowing. Thanks Pam! I hope you make more so I can buy another one.
Gaurdian of Eggs

I plan to list this piece in my Etsy shop provided they get the databses back up again (argh) If it doesn't sell before AFF, I will probably enter it in the art show. (scary)
